Iam going to be buying 2 new batteries... one for my stang and one for my pathfinder! tell me what to buy... i will probably go red top for the pathfinder but dunno what for the stang... it has an alarm and a system.. ::)

I was gonna get an red top until the cheapest price I could find was $220 plus tax.

So I picked up a Die Hard Gold for $110 taxes included and it comes with an 8 year warranty and free towing service if the battery is ever at fault for leaving you stranded.

Are you guys talking about the Optima batteries when you say red top? Optima batteries are the killest batteries out there if your not talking about them (they also usually come with a red top). They can fit any application and is the standard with all racing applications. It will probably cost you close to 2 bills though unless you got some kinda hook up

my optima seems to be dead...so im gonna take it back to costco and get a new one thanks to their killer exchange policy lol

Yeah Costco does have a wicked guarantee, if you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return your product with no hassle at all, much better than most places. I've done it with a few items.

they're about 150 for red top

im gonna spend the extra 50 and get a yellow top though lol

just bought a yellow top today from costco. they are $167 after an instant manufacturers rebate of $46 bucks. go pick one up.

I have a big system in my car and I have had both red and yellow top. The yellow seems to be alot better for my aplication but I also modified my bracket for my alternator and put a larger alternator on off of a 94-95 stang.
