Speeding on the highway and driving without an N

I was keeping up with traffic and the cop fucking pulls me over!!

I wasn't even going over 115

I had two car lengths in front of me and about the same behind me and a car almost directly beside me in the slow lane and the cop was behind him.

What am I supposed to do, slow down and get rear ended?

you could always say that your spedo said 100 and you believe that the radar gun must have been incorect, they aren't perfect they do fuck up i don't know if it would work or not but i have heard of people trying it

you have a valid point but it won't holdup in court, just say you don't believe you were speeding you think that the radar gun was inacurate or something

you can ask when the gun was last calibrated

and if the cop was behind you I doubt he used a gun, if you say your speedo said you were going 100 you will get in even more shit for having an inaccurate speedo...

yet I was in second gear at the time at about 3000rpm,
unless I can do 240 in 2nd I wasn't doin 117,

rcmp do not need to prove it they are trained to be able to eye ball speeds and yes it will hold up in court they are spesificly trained in a way that it will hold up if it was on the hiway chances are it was an rcmp too

and if that eyeball speed bullshit holds up in court you should ask to go to a track or open lot go a certain speed and see if the cop can get it right

just dispute it, its not worth theyre time going to court about it, court fee's are too much to go battle something like that.
I have never once driven with my N on my car, i have never even been asked about it, i have never been asked about my no fron tlicense plate, but i've been stopped because my car is brutaly loud and then i show them my ID and they fuck off, but i have been breathalized and they made me take out my contacts once and put them back in.. rediculous... and i grandma drive and they still pull me over.

Slowing down to put more distance between you and the vehicle in front of you is a valid tactic to protect yourself when some clown is tailgating you.

Stuck in the fast lane behind someone and need to move to the slow lane? Signal and slow down to drop in behind. It always amazes me how many drivers seem to think you have to speed up and get in front!
