So, what exactly is the difference between the two? Besides the obvious. Stuff like, power gains, application, ect.

they look, fit, sound, slightly perform different.

I have had both on the exact same setup, and I did notice that:
H-pipe had more low end torque
X-pipe was quieter all around, and pretty quiet at idle but got louder near top end
Had trouble with X-pipe hitting tranny because of where the pipes cross
X-pipe makes a 5.0 sound more like a 4.6

I completely disagree, X pipe sounds way better than H pipe all day long! I do agree its not as loud, but thats because it has the more deep sound, whereas the X pipe is a more higher pitch, sounds more crazy, whereas the H pipe has the more classic deep sound. I personally like the x Pipe.

Yah thats why I bought one, and I will agree it sounds insane and scary, but I missed the classic low 5.0 sound......now my car sounds diff altogether with H, so whatev
i think ill try an X pipe

A quality X pipe will outflow any H pipe.

Dr. Gas is insane, i am saven for one of those right now, man i cant wait till that gets installed!
how could one x pipe over aother be that diffrent, im saying like flowtech/pacesetter X pipe over Dr Gas...whats the power diff between the two, why spend double the price for it?
