sign up on a site that will host pictures, i use www.easypichost.com and upload pictures from your computer to the site. below the pic there should be the url for it. When you post it on here type http:// with the url in between, no spaces. thats basically it I guess

dammit that box should be (img) (/img) except dont use the () brackets use the square jobbies [ ]
